Cheddar Cheese - Prairie Breeze White Cheddar Cheese 8 oz.

they tested 'cheddars in plastic' and Prairie Breeze won. I think it holds its own even against the hoity-toity cheddars at twice the price that you buy at a cheese store.It makes a dandy grilled cheese (is it heresy to use PB in a grilled cheese?) and I imagine it would make a wonderful mac and cheese casserole. The online cost to buy and ship is prohibitive, so it's not an everyday cheese, but if you want to treat yourself or guests whom you really, really like, I highly recommend Prairie Breeze White Cheddar.

Arrived warm, cold packs melted and cheese was warm. We didn't eat it.

Wouldn't normally rate a cheese but this stuff is so good and we use it for everything now! Our local grocery store sometimes carries it, but it's great to have amazon as an option for when they're out

Not only do I love this cheese but in the Georgia heat this cheese arrived cold and in better shape if I'd gone and bought it at my local cheese store. Thanks for the fart delivery and satisfying my cravings of this perfect cheddar.
