Q: Is this fake? the one at ulta has repair written on the bottle lid.

I have ordered this 3 times, 1 st ok. 2nd was a knock off and 3rd was shampoo ok, conditioner was a knock off!!! Not a happy prime member. The word repair MUST be on lid to be lagitamit .. The knock off smells bad!!! BEWAREShoppers!! I even made it a point to select a different seller this last time and when it arrived at UPS it was later that day removed from UPS and reshipped from a different state and took a week to get to me, and it is Prime 2 day shipping item fulfilled by Amazon! NOT HAPPY!!!

Q: How do you get the darned things open?

Please look at the instructions on the top of the cap. You need to turn cap counterclockwise to open the product.

Q: Does this have sulfates?

Its a bit confusing. It says free of parabens, sulfates and phthlates on the front but the ingredients include behentrimonium methosulfate which I have no idea about. I will say that I tend to use very natural products in general and am a health food freak but will continue to use this shampoo and conditioner at least 1-2x per week as it has transformed my hair.

Q: This is authentic alterna shampoo and conditioner? sorry i've seen people complain about selling alot of fake beauty supplies.

The original product does Not irritate your scalp as this cheap imitation does!
