Absolutely Love This XIIXMASK Video Capture Card – Perfect Budget Streaming Solution!
bought the XIIXMASK Video Capture Card a little while ago and I honestly love it. For the price (around $25–35), this thing punches way above its weight. It’s a USB 3.0 HDMI capture card with 4K passthrough/loop-out while capturing clean 1080p at 60fps (or 2K at 30fps). Setup took literally minutes – plug in the HDMI from my PS5 (or Switch/PC/camera), connect to my laptop via USB, open OBS, and it was working perfectly. No drivers needed, super plug-and-play. The build quality surprised me – solid aluminum alloy that stays cool even during long sessions, with great heat dissipation. Video quality is sharp and smooth with ultra-low latency, so there’s no noticeable lag while gaming and streaming/recording at the same time. The 4K HDMI loop-out means I can still play my games on the TV in full 4K/60Hz while capturing lower res for streams – game changer! It also has a 3.5mm mic-in port so I can easily add commentary or use a headset. What I love most: • Excellent value – way cheaper than Elgato but delivers reliable performance for beginners and casual streamers • Works flawlessly with PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, cameras, and more • Full OBS/Streamlabs compatibility • Stable connection, no random drops or blue screens • Compact and portable If you’re just getting into streaming, recording gameplay, or turning a console into a webcam setup, this is an awesome pick. I’ve been using it regularly and it hasn’t let me down once. Highly recommend – I’d buy it again in a heartbeat!

Great capture card!!!
I’m very surprised at how well this works! Easy to set up, capture streaming very well, very light and small. It does heat up a little bit but not way too hot.

Solid capture card for Twitch streaming — great quality for the price
I picked up the XIIXMASK USB 3.0 capture card to use for my Twitch streams, and it’s been surprisingly impressive for the price. I’m running it between my PS5 and PC setup, and the plug-and-play setup was super easy — OBS recognized it right away without any drivers. The picture quality looks clean and sharp, and the latency is minimal, which is huge when you’re gaming live. The HDMI loop-out works perfectly, so I can game on my monitor without any delay while the stream stays smooth at 1080p60. I also like that it’s compact and doesn’t overheat during long sessions. The only small downside is that the USB cable it comes with is a bit short, so you might want to grab a longer one depending on your setup. Overall, this capture card does exactly what it promises — it’s an affordable, reliable option if you want to stream from console to PC without spending big money. Definitely recommend it for beginner or mid-level streamers.

Its a good out starting capture card, compare your current settings before buying.
Connects well and not a bad price, been able to record but keep having issues with the software Im using. Do change the display a bit and kinda makes it hard to read text in my games vs what settings I currently have. Would go with a higher quality resolution model since this one doesnt work with my settings as well but does work well enough to connect and get started.

It DOES capture audio
Works great, got this so that there is no lag from using Bluetooth to stream my Xbox on my computer now it is near seamless with the capture card. Please ignore the comments saying this does not capture audio, it absolutely does you just have to add it as both an audio and video source in OBS

It Works !!!
In an era where "plug 'n play" seldom is. This one did it. I plugged it in, opened up my video software, it saw the video capture device, and off I went. Happy . . . .

Massive technical issues after a few days
I was so excited to get and use this capture card at first. The first few days I didnt have any issues and it was like a night and day difference getting to stream with the capture card over remotely playing my xbox to my laptop and streaming that way. However after just a few days, I started having massive connection issues with the capture card. It would disconnect randomly and I would have to stop in the middle of a game to mess with and fix it. It was a somewhat easy fix at first, but gradually got more difficult to fix over time. This week has been HORRIBLE. Yesterday it disconnected so bad my laptop and streaming service no longer recognized the input and wouldnt let me use it anymore and I had to switch back to remote playing through the xbox app on my pc. I will be looking to return and replace this item as its become unusable to me at this point. It stinks because it seemed to have pretty decent video capture quality and made my streaming way more seamless than when I habe to remotely play/stream.

User Error, Updated review
Update: problem was entirely user (me) error. I learned that my computer was limiting the access to it and had to go into my camera settings to allow it to be accessed. After numerous YouTube videos and trial and error, my caption card is working great! Keeping my original bellow in case of someone else runs into a similar problem - I’ll also include what I did to fix it. 1. I use 1 monitor to game and stream, so make sure you can switch between HDMIs. The USB that comes with the system should be plugged into the PC station and your console (Nintendo Switch for me). Then, you’re going to plug an HDMI cord into your monitor and the devices’ OUTPUT. The INPUT will be plugged to your console (ie Nintendo). You should have two green lights show up. 2. On my computer settings, I went to “Camera privacy”, and then “camera device settings”. I think hit “USB3 Video”, “Advanced camera options”, and ensured the media type was 1920x1080 and “allow multiple apps to use camera at once” 3. This solved the issue of poor image quality and accessing the image itself in OBS! Previous: Purchased because I wanted to stream my Nintendo games on OBS. Program didn’t recognize the device and when I finally got it to work after watching a bunch of videos, the resolution was trash with no option to bring it up :( very sad results. Will be returning
