This water dispenser has been a great purchase. It gives me cold and hot water instantly, and the cooling feature works super fast — perfect for hot days or quick coffee prep. It’s easy to move around, doesn’t take up much space, and feels very well built. The design is clean and modern too. I bought this for my office, and it works great! There is no noise and it's very easy to put the bottle of water on top. The water heats up the way it's supposed to.

When we got ours and tested it, there was a bunch of particles floating in the hot water. I contacted the company. They told us to flush it out. We tried, but it still had particles in the hot water. They sent us a new one and it seemed to work for about a year Then the light started to flash which was caused by a bad UV bulb. They supplied us a new bulb then a month later the light started to flash again and there was no water coming out. I tried to contact them on the phone and after the prompts and sitting on hold, it hangs up on you. I contacted them again via email and they said they cannot help us and I should call an appliance repair service.

I love this thing! I use it almost every day. It was especially handy in the summer. I have cold water. Honestly, I have not used the hot water side of it but having on the go ready filtered cold water. It’s amazing. I don’t hear it at all, and it shuts itself off when the water is cold so it’s not constantly running.

The Euhomy brand water cooler is a great product. The dispenser has 3 temperature settings with Cold water that needs no ice. It has room temperature water and the hot water is great for making tea, Coco and ramen noodles in seconds. It's a beautiful water cooler too. The black and stainless steel goes great with all my kitchen appliances. There customer service Euhomy is excellent. I reached out to them recently And a very kind and considerate representative named Taryn contacted Me on the same day I contacted them. There in the process Now to handle my situation and I truly appreciate there kindness and understanding to make sure my situation is properly handled. Working very well. Has separate heat and cool electrical switches. Works great. Got the 3 year warranty.

We use this thing every day, 10 times a day. We buy our water bottles from Sam's club and they fit perfectly. Although it is necessary to bend down to dispense the water, this is minor for us. The hot water works great!
