Yes it's salty. But I can feel my body being replenished after a hard workout. As good as any other electrolyte replacement option. Make sure to follow directions for the correct amount of water to mix in for balanced flavor, energy and benefits.

My go too electrolyte might be a bit salty compared to others but I just add more water. Love it.

The powdery strawberry lemonade taste is pretty difficult for me to stomach. I want an alternative to LMNT because of the cost, but my first go with this brand has been a bad one. Maybe other flavors are better. UPDATE: Their customer service is great. I had the opportunity to try some samples, and there are a few I like, especially the Red, White and Bam. I think it will be a good substitute to more expensive options of other brands.

After trying the red white and bam and loving it-and i very much appreciate this company’s transparency on ingredients and what they stand for, decided to give another flavor a try. I have had LMNT lemonade and enjoyed the flavor so thought this would be a slam dunk. The flavor at first is enjoyable-but the aftertaste is very hard to continue drinking. Hard to describe the flavor aftertaste other than it tastes like something you shouldn't be drinking - chemically. It’s bad.

I always enjoy testing new electrolytes bc they're so easy to just add them to your water in the morning for the day and also bc as I have POTS, it is very helpful for me to have these on hand. I thought the strawberry lemonade was tasty with a good amount of salt and a good ratio of electrolytes (not too much potassium like fad electrolyte brands). There is artificial sugar in it, so beware if you don't like that. I don't care that much. It wasn't an exact strawberry lemonade, but who honestly expects that without making it homemade yourself? My only issue was that some tubes were slightly clumped like moisture got in them, like they weren't perfectly sealed. I dropped a star for that quality issue. Overall, good product, but not the best I've tried.

First time I tried it was in 16oz of water, and it was way too sweet tasting. But the next day I put it in 30oz and it was perfect!

I have Ehlers danlos syndrome. This helps me significantly with my pots. I pop it in whatever I am drinking and it helps lower the pots episodes. And it tastes great. And it is kosher.

The endless summer flavor used to be my favorite until my last recent purchase. They recently changed the flavor, and I only found out because I wrote to them about the weird aftertaste. I received a response from the vendor informing me that they changed the flavor. I wish that they would add a disclaimer so customers know. The vendor acknowledged the feedback, but now I’m left with a full bag - these aren’t inexpensive. Torn if I should take the risk and get another flavor.

This is is my first time trying this brand. The flavour is NOT my thing! I wish I could return or exchange for a different flavour.

Needed and alternative to LMNT as the prices are outrageous. Although I do find this product on the pricey side, it’s still a bit cheaper. Took one star away because I find these have a bit of an aftertaste to them.

These have a funny taste, Way too sweet for me.
