Great Product
The padded seat is comfortable, providing great support during use. The chair is also well-built, sturdy, and easy to maneuver. I had to return the product because the seat's dimension was not a good fit for my father when he is using the bathroom.

Good product; terrible instructions.
The product itself is fine. The instructions to assemble it are impossible to follow.

Not safe
The item is not safe as it will tip backwards. If the person is able to sit by themselves or from a standing position it is ok but can still tip backwards if not careful. It is NOT for someone you need to use a hoyer to lift into the chair. In addition the foot pedals are so small that the feet will slip off and if you are moving/ rolling chair the person’s foot can get hurt. This was bought for a 130 lb adult and now just sits in the garage as I don’t want to even donate it. I missed return window as I bought for when he came home from rehab so now I’m stuck with an unsafe item. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR LOVED ONE AT RISK.

Great, sturdy shower chair.
Great shower chair/commode, but needs to have drop arms.

life saver
Love this chair for my mom. She is disabled this chair is used for potty and shower and I would be lost without it. I would like to find replacement casters because the locks no longer work on my chair.
