I have one of these everyday for breakfast. They’re delicious and the macro ratio/numbers work well for a filling, protein heavy breakfast for me. I like them slightly underdone so the bottom is all gooey and melty- so yummy!

While it’s a tad pricey, this product falls in line with other convenience foods. The quality is commendable, although the consistency leans slightly drier compared to similar items. However, I appreciate that this version is healthier. The occasional chocolate drop at the bottom is a delightful treat, and the protein content makes it a great choice for boosting protein intake throughout the day. Despite its slight dryness, I quite enjoyed the artificial banana flavor, and the addition of chocolate chips provided a nice touch.

With 1/4 cup water and 40 seconds, you have a delicious and nutritious muffin. 20g protein and 5g fiber and only 200 calories.. I have one every morning for breakfast. The chocolate chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate chip varieties are also delicious.

Love this flavor in particular. The other flavors of this brand are not my favorite but this flavor with a scoop of Peanut Butter and you’re good to go for the morning. I like most people want a quick breakfast in the morning. Add 1/4 water 30 secs in microwave and done. I can eat and go. Almost the perfect breakfast!!
