I was worried about some of the negative reviews saying that these weren’t sticky enough or didnt stay on, but I was very pleasantly surprised with them. For me they are comfortable, perfect size, and stick on perfectly just as well as BreathRight strips I was using before. These are 100 for £10 which is much better value than the previous ones I was buying (10 for £5!!). They are very effective, it’s like night and day when I wear them. I also use them for running.

Great product that works exactly how it should - IF you follow the instructions and thoroughly clean your skin before use. These don’t work if you have makeup or oily skin, but wash and dry before use and these nose strips will last all night

Very effective product

I use these at night to aid breathing while going to and during sleep. Most nights the strips have come away at the ends (the important bits) Could be because perspiration forms at that area and reduces adhesion as I have made sure that the area is clean and dry before application. In fairness, it is difficult to attach strips for this application and they are hard enough to remove with warm water as it is from dry skin. They are good value apart from that and at least they stick on long enough to get to sleep although sometimes a replacement is required before morning.

I bought these as I was having congestion through the night and wanted to help breathe through my nose better but I'm constantly trying to re-conmect to my nose. I clean the area beforehand but still come unstuck. I'll need to find a better product and spend more money now.
