1 tablet daily is not sufficient
My Vitamin D level was very low 20 ng/ml. So after taking 60,000 iu capsules for 8weeks, It was 40 ng/ml. So i just started maintenance dose of 1-2 casuple of 600 iu daily but after 5-6 monthsof use , My vitamin d level is 16.7 ng/ml. So if you are taking it for maintenance dose, you should take atleast 3 of its tablet and do blood test in every 3 months.
