This thing works!
This thing works. I bought the rest of the kit from another brand based in reviews. I bought this thinking “it’s just a block with magnets. There weren’t any complaints.” And true enough, it’s a great price and a great product. Has all the angles to complement the basic knife holders that come in the kits.

Great for sharpening!
This worked quite well with my Horl sharpener. The magnets are strong and hold the knife well, but you do need to keep the magnetic surface clean so the blade doesn’t slide around. It’s a good value with a simple, effective design that makes sharpening really easy.

Almost perfect
Works fairly well, but the magnets are weak. You have to use light pressure or the knife pops off.

Tumbler knife holder pro
Love it. Love having the block that actually uses the correct angle for different knives. Whats really nice about it your not tearing your knives up with the store bought that angles that are not adjustable. It does take patiences learning the angles. End the end you come out with the proper sharpen angle for the type of knife that's being used. I love it!!!!

Ok if you need angles your basic kit didn't come with for larger knives.
This is good for larger knives. Smaller Knives don't get as much contact area with the magnetic strip and tend to slip. Plus it lacks a base to help keep your angle consistent. Larger knives can contact the surface you set your holder pro on. Smaller you are positioning by eyeball.

More Sharpening Angles!
The additional grinding angles pretty well allows you to sharpen everything you use from cleavers to Japanese knives. It is an awesome piece of kit.

Good but could be Great
Very good holder has multiple angles that was needed for my Asian knives. Only disappointment is the magnets are not the strongest and need to be careful while sharpening larger blades as it like to pull away from magnets.

Versatile addition to Tumbler sharpening system.
The 4 additional levels should meet any knife set requirements.
