Worked well for an M18 jacket. I used a usb c inline volt meter to make sure volt draw was in spec, it was. You need a quick charge battery pack for this to work correctly.

I'm using this on a Wulcea 12v heated jacket with an Anouv 10,000mAh mini power bank. The battery that comes with my jacket is high capacity and works really well, but is pretty heavy. I mean, it isn't heavy for its capacity, but I don't really like that I can feel it in my pocket due to its weight. My jacket has a 4mm DC jack, however, so I had to use a 4mm to 5.5mm adapter to get it to work with this USB-C to DC 12V adapter. I'm happy to report, after I plugged everything together, it works amazingly well, and now I can't feel a battery weighing down one side of my heated jacket!

Instead of having the bulky milwaukee battery and adapter in your pocket, this cord converts it to USB c. So now I can use any of my portable chargers. Depending on size, lasts all weekend and more. Best thing ever. And priced right.

Double the run time (or more) with the portable USB battery you already own. Basically any power bank with a type C USB can be used. You won't use the factory solution ever again in your jacket if you have the choice. A typical 10000 mAh battery pack is smaller than the small M12 battery without the included adapter. It's an easy win if you already own a heated jacket.

It does output 12V from a PD capable Type C port, however after a few months of use, the PVC jacket around the wire split open. I do use this in my jacket while at work, and I am not gentle on my work-wear, however, I feel better quality materials could have prevented this.

Bought as a gift for a friend. He can now use a power bank to run his heated jacket! It works excellent!

This adapter works great on older 12 volt Gerbing heated gear. I purchased two of the Gotobi 12 volt 18,400 mAH battery packs and use one for my socks and one for my gloves for rides under three hours with my dual controller. You can purchase extra battery packs for longer rides at a fifth of the gerbing batteries price.
