Has anyone used these on jetty rocks? How slip resistant are they on wet granite?

I haven't walked on a jetty but they don't slip on boat ramps or smallish rocks.

How well do these keep sand out of the boots?

For sand and dust are very good. Nothing goes inside. But be careful with water.

Can studs be added to these?

They are not set up with holes for studs like some other wading boots are.
