I got this and was realizing it will be the same as Guru Nanda or better but this keeps hurting and won’t recommend that to anyone. Go buy a GuruNanda Oil pulling

I am on month 2 of using this product. From the 1st week, I noticed a huge improvement in my gums and teeth. I swish for 5+ mins now, and I cannot start the day without oil pulling! You have a forever customer!

This product should be thick, it is not. It is more liquid than coconut. The after taste, taste like codliver oil. I have had the pulling oil from another product, this product does not compare! Returning for a refund.

This product is mostly all water . Ingredients listed is false . Not at all like the coconut oil pulling products I have bought in the past .

This is a great product. Does the job. For all u 1 star saying it’s a scam lol try reading directions . 10 mins .. if u can’t feel or notice the results than ur breathe is really bad and u should use twice a day. I would recommend it
