I bought these flange inserts after realising the standard pump sizes weren’t working for me, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The included nipple measurer was a surprisingly useful addition — I found out I’d been using the wrong size all along, which explained the discomfort and lower milk output.Pros:• Inserts are soft but durable, and fit snugly into the pump without slipping.• Easy to clean, no milk pooling or tricky corners.• Having the nipple ruler included takes the guesswork out of sizing.• Much more comfortable to use and I’ve noticed better pumping efficiency.Cons:• Only minor downside is I wish more size options were included in one pack, but that’s just preference.Verdict:For the price, this is an excellent little upgrade that makes pumping easier, more comfortable, and more productive. Definitely worth it for anyone pumping regularly

I bought these to fit my Medela freestyle hands free pump as the smallest flange size they offer is 21mm. I like having multiple size options as it’s taken a couple of attempts to find the right one and it fits much more comfortable now. The only small negative is they can be a bit tricky to fit due to the material but once they’ve been fitted and washed a few times it gets easier

Highly recommend these for pumps so much cheaper than the big brand names and found they last just as long.

Great product and easy enough to use. Not the biggest quality but proportionate for the price. Have worked well with my Elvie Stride pump

Fits spectra and medela flanges. If you are a pumping mum, measure your nipple size!!!! This makes pumping more efficient as you get a correct fit and helps you make a decision before buying another flange size as flanges are not cheap!

In theory these should have really helped but I found they didn’t fit securely in my Medela in bra pumps (24mm flange so thought would be ok) and only realised this as milk was spilling out the pumps when using these (around the flange inserts). Still unsure which size fits best as with the spilling incidents found it hard to really trial them properly. Couldn’t see other reviews with this issue so maybe it’s a me issue rather than a product one but I can’t understand it.

Honestly can't fault these at all, for the price, it's brilliant, and having multiple sizes is great (your nipples might be different sizes from each other or swell up occasionally). You literally put the insert into your breast pump and off you go, so easy. I use this with the Lansinoh dual 2 in 1 electric pump and it works brilliantly. I am only collecting colostrum pre birth so far but these have been great.

Really helped with my destroyed nipples.After trying to breastfeed I had no choice to pump instead. These really helped my tommytippe pump actually fit to my nipple rather than just pump air. I don’t use anymore as I’ve switched to electric pump now but manual definitely gets more milk out. I just can’t cope with the pain and having to pump it myself but I am going back once my nips have healed from the past trauma.Trauma not caused from manual pumping.Great product really good quality and saved me from having to stop pumping!

Son validos para el embudo delmsacaleche de muchas marcas. En mi caso tenemos elmsacaleches de suavinex copa M y no habia embudos de la S, antes de venderlo o arrimarlo, compré estos y encaja bien. Van oares de diversas tallas y el número de la talla va en relieve. Lleva un complemento para la limpieza, aunque yo no lo uso. Gracias a esto el sacaleches se adapta a mi y ya no hace heridas por fricción. Muy recomendable.

Ordine arrivato nei tempi previsti. Nella confezione sono presenti le istruzioni e ben due misuratori per capezzoli. Si inseriscono nella flangia da 24 mm e si adatta perfettamente, quindi compatibile con i tiralatte medela. Quantità di latte estratto e comfort nettamente migliorati con la flangia della misura giusta per me.
