Definitely RECOMMENDED.
I had to study for long hours on end. Pros: 1. Sturdy build 2. Most ergonomic i can find on the market. 3. Cheap 4. Cushioned. 5. Writing pad is extremely useful. Can be removed if needed. Cons: 1. The cushion doesn’t fully accommodate the glutes. 2. Elbow cushion cud have been pre-installed.

Although the product quality is satisfactory. However, if the seating base is increase this will provide more thigh support and one can use this product for a longer duration.
