Hats off for the product packing it is well secured in a wooden box at the same time very easy for unpacking. I have used this for more than 2 weeks. It dehumifies within hours and it make rooms dry and comfort. The best part is noise free. About the wifi connection it is a bless, we can set time after that it will automatically shut off. This is very convenient for me. It looks very stylish and small. Over all it is very useful and it has a good performance in a medium sized closed room. Thank you for this wonderful product. The customer care also very friendly and they helps us within anything I asked. Go for it an excellent product.

Using for two days now and it has proven to be very effective. Within an hour of usage it collected 1 litres of water, and the humidity level dropped close to 10%. Comes with a 2.5 litre tank and drain pipe as well can be used with either. Auto switch off and connect features are very handy. Considering the features and the next best dehumidifier costs twice than this, it's very much worth it.

I bought this dehumidifier due to fair price, and positive reviews. The packaging was really good, came with a wooden frame. And most importantly, it works properly. There are both manual and automatic humidity level settings and overflow protection. Can be controlled from phone via wifi. It is also silent enough. The only strange thing when the compressor suddenly stops after achieving the level of humidity, the entire machine brings heavy shocks, which produces a loud sound. Can scare you at night. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.

It's been a week since I bought this Dehumidifier..- It's small in size, and compatible..- Got wheels, looks clean n sturdy.- Easy to install, can also be accessed through an app that is very convenient..- working perfectly as expected, it took a day to get acclimatised.- Value for money.

Contacted seller, Great communication and arranged replacement immediately . Also requested to stick a "Fragile item" & "This way up" direction Mark stickers on the outer packaging to prevent the mishandling by courier partner.Edit 1:- Received the replacement and seller did stick labels as requested🤩. Delhivery courier took 8days to deliver the item though😐.Product Review :- This 10Ltr Dehumidifier is working perfectly and was able to greatly reduce humidity in room. Easy to handle and portable item. This comes with several modes (Automatic/Continous/Humidity Setting/ Timer/Fan Speed-Low/High etc.) and even Smart Wifi connectivity🤩 is there using Smart Life App and can control the device remotely from anywhere. Even Sharp brands 35k variant doesn't have this feature. All this in budget🤗 and i got it for Rs.9791 after all discounts/bank offers and cashback coupon in Amazon Great Indian festival. At this price point no other condenser dehumidifier available in market, moreover at this price point it does its job well. Change in humidity observed best in ~ 15*20 sqft room if the room size is bigger than it then water will be accumulated in box but humidity control will take more time which is very obvious in all other dehumidifiers too. Along with HEPA filter it becomes small air purifier which makes it more value for money specially in monsoon when allergens are more active and potent. Size is very compact. Quiet operation. Packing and delivery is superb (you may need some tools to open wooden box)

Shipping took a bit of time, though it came a week earlier than estimated date given. The wait was well worth it. What struck me first was the packaging. It came in a sturdy cardboard box, inside which was a small wooden cage within which was the actual product carton. Full marks for the packaging.The dehumidifier looks good and is well built, comparable with Mi air purifiers. Pairing was a breeze and what took the cake was the app - Smartlife. I use many smart devices and among all the apps, I think this was the best. It beats even the Mi Home app. I have not tried it yet, but it looks like it can control and manage the other smart devices that I have.The Monsoons have started and the humidity was 76% when I turned the dehumidifier on. Ran it in the low setting for about 2 hours. Checked the water tank to see if any water had been collected and was pleasantly surprised to see it almost full. The room that I ran in is about 24' x 15' so, that was impressive to say the least. Better still, the unit ships with a direct drain hose and that helps the unit run continuously without having to empty the water tank.I registered the product through WhatsApp and the vendor was very receptive and cordial. Happy on that front too.I was told that a HEPA filter accessory is available at an extra cost that makes it work as an Air Purifier too. Planning to order that. Another plus for the unit.
