For being described as quiet, we didn't think it was really. It's loud enough that you could probably hear it through a closed door. The vibrations are quite strong but somehow not as satisfying as from some of our other toys. Maybe it's the frequency? Not sure. Either way it's OK, but nothing special.

Physically, this is quite good. The head is flexible without making me think that the silicone on the 'neck' is going to split because of being too thin.Normally, multiple pattern vibrators have ten patterns: this one goes to twenty (I did wonder while testing it why it was taking so long to get back to the first one) as well as having a variety of strengths.The way it's controlled by a couple of buttons means that moving from one preferred setting to another is going to be even more of an issue than it usually is, but if you're happy with having just one and can't find a setting that works for you with this, I would be very surprised.Sadly, charging is via a jack that goes through a small hole in the silicone. As well as reducing the waterproofing, it's where the silicone is likely to split. Until then, though, this is a better choice than most.
