Fantastic book light. I bought one for my 9 year old for a school trip and i was so impressed I bought another 2 for me and my younger child. I love that it’s rechargeable and charges fast with a good battery life. The amber light for bedtime and the dimmer option is great. I also love that you can stand it up so my eldest can use it with the timer and sleep function as a bedtime light whilst away. Great product!

After trying out multiple book lights this is hands down the best one. I’ve tried popular ones from Gritin and other models from Glocusent. This is the ONLY one with fully adjustable color temperatures, meaning it doesn’t limit you to only three colors but instead allows you to gradually adjust it to your liking. I can’t believe it’s not marketed better as it’s a unique feature in this product category. The light works amazing on both books and on my e-reader (Boox Go Color 7). Aside from that it’s perfectly bright at 65 lumen, which is among the brightest out there. And it’s dimmable as most book lights, but as an added convenience it has 5 brightness presets you can easily click through. The timer is also a bonus, it even has a sleep aid function which gradually dims the light as the timer runs out. It spreads the light pretty evenly and with the possibility to extend the light further out allows it to light up even the bottom parts of the page, which is also a very unique feature. The quality of the product feels very premium as well and seems very durable. The only downside is that it doesn’t charge via USB-C. Instead, it charges with a built-in USB-A male connector, which must be plugged directly into a charger or computer. On top of that, reattaching the protective cap can be a little tricky, since the small rubber tether tends to get in the way when you try to snap it back on. DON’T let this deter you from buying this product however, the product is excellent in every other respect, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better one. Hopefully, a future version will upgrade it to modern USB-C port charging. A sturdy product with several options for the colour and intensity of the lighting. And having a timer is useful if you read in bed and doze off. The one drawback is the weight when reading paperback books, when the weight of the unit pulls the pages down. A book seat gives support but I have found that, sometimes, holding the lights in my hand is the only solution.
