desertcart.com: phrozen Pump & Fill - Automated Resin Feeder, Compatible with Sonic Mega 8K S : Industrial & Scientific Review: Must have - This is a must have for the larger printers Review: Literally dangerous - EDIT: Catastrophic failure. Flooded my studio with resin and has shut down the reisn printing production of my business. Absolutely furious. This device sends non-stop notifications about containers being full or empty, random and inaccurate, but fails to notify me that it is dumping toxic resin all over my expensive printer, workstation, pump station, floor, and more. DO. NOT. BUY. IT. unless you are comfortable with beta testing this device. NOTE: This review has been edited at the end after receiving support from Phrozen. Firstly let me say that I usually love Phrozen's products and they genuinely have outstanding customer support through email. It pains me to say that this product does not meet the level of excellence that I have come to expect from Phrozen; not even remotely. Phrozen's website states that this resin pump is compatible with the Sonic Mega 8K S and the Phrozen Sonic Revo, the latter of which I own. I followed all instructions available on their website as well as on their YouTube channel to ensure that everything was set up correctly including the data cable placement, the peristaltic tubes being properly sealed around the plastic inserts from other tubes, and placement of the resin feeder's end nozzle that sits over/in the vat. There is zero suction. No matter how many times I mess with the peristaltic tubes (which is seriously an awful experience for a consumer) the resin stays exactly where it is: in the vat or in the bottle. I have flagged the issue to desertcart and they referred me to message Phrozen through their desertcart store which I have done. I really hope to come back to this review and update it to say that Phrozen helped me fix the issue through whatever means. One last note: I found it extremely weird that there are NO 3rd party review or videos of this product on YouTube. That alone was enough for me to be hesitant but I thought, what the hell, maybe it's just new. But I bought it and now I am disappointed. For now, I cannot in good conscience recommend a product that promised much and delivered none of it. EDIT: Phrozen came to the rescue. These dang peristaltic tubes were the problem and merely pulling upwards on both of them (against the force of the spinning wheel thing) was the solution. This thing is very handy but it does have a problem where it continuously sends me notifications about the resin container being full. The bottle has maybe 200 mL left in it, so I have no idea why it keeps doing this. However, it does pump the resin in and out of the vat for each print which I really dig. It makes an annoying squeaking noise too but I think that could be fixed with WD40. 4/5, design flaws (in my opinion) but very helpful EDITED SCORE: 1/5, actually dangerous

This is GREAT!!!!
Can this be adapted to work on all Resin type printers and y'all should consider having a universal attachment to be used on a larger Resin container like the bottle it comes in or a custom designed container.
