I am delighted with this ear-cleaning device. Horrible. I followed the directions and hurt my ear so bad. I had water in my ear for 2 weeks and was afraid of getting an infection. I gave 3 stars because customer service. They told me not to return but still gave my money back. Now I don't know what to with it.

Literally there are people posting reviews saying they had water in their ear after using this once for two weeks. This device is gentle on your ears and you get to choose the pressure. If you continue to have water in your ears, that is water blended with your earwax and you did not get it all out. Try doing it until you can hear ants crawl on the ground. If that doesn’t work, see a specialist. Also do not use ear picks for the love of Pete, only medical folks should be using those and it is still painful when they do it. Look trust me, I have been to Urgent Care for clogged ears twice, it takes a minute to get that crusty stuff out. Urgent Care takes an hour, they use an ear syringe and plastic reservoir to your ear and do it many times. Don’t think you’re getting some miracle device by doing it once when you first get it. For me, I use a mixture about one third 3% hydrogen peroxide and two thirds water. That works well if used properly, and do it every 3 months. Your ears might be different you do you.

I would have sent back but unfortunately I was on vacation and missed the return window. For my family it was a waste of money it didn’t do anything for anyone.

Great product, found it to be very helpful. The different settings allowed you to adjust between normal and strong pressure. Charging the cleaner took no time and the charge lasted for a while. Would recommend this product.

My husband had deeply impacted ears Each day he used this to soften the wax. The wax came out. No more ringing in his ears and he hears much better

I don't recall this having such bad reviews when I bought it, I'm usually really careful about that sort of thing but here we are. Only used a few times before the device started turning itself off and on with lots of beeping as I'm seeing someone else reported as well. I was hoping it just needed to recharge, but though the lights come on on the spray button, the power button is completely dead with no life in it. Can't return it now - total waste of money - don't recommend in the slightest.

Like the product design compared to the others. Having the over ear containment system keeps for a mess free cleaning. The temperature sensor is nice to keep from using to hot or cold water from being used. It worked great out of the box and made my ears feel squeaky clean after use. After a short time the product started glitching and turned on and off on its own beeping every few seconds. Then it quit working all together. The return process was smooth. It would be great if they looked into the failure glitch and fixed the issue. Would be interested to get it again if the issue was solved. Hopefully an updated version becomes available
