I sprained my wrist while weight lifting. I have tingling sensations and my wrist is very weak. This wrist brace does a very good job at keeping my wrist secure when I'm outside and sleeping. However, 4 stars because the thumb part does more harm than good. When I use the thumb portion, it cuts off my circulation, leading to more. I have used this brace without the thumb portion and it suits my needs perfectly. This is geared toward smaller handed people, particularly women. However, men can use this as well if you do not use the thumb portion.

I have arthritis in both my wrists. I got these to add some support while ridding my bicycle. The pressure on my hands tended to aggravate the soreness. These do help to stabilize the wrist. I like that I can make them as loose or snug as I want with the wrap around velcro.

I normally don't have a lot of pain with my carpal tunnel on a normal flare up. However, due to putting up and taking down Christmas decorations, wrapping gifts etc., my wrist and fingers were killing me. I bought these braces for the low price and figured they would work because wearing a brace for a few days usually fixes the issue. Unfortunately, these braces did not work for me. They stabilized the wrist but offered no thumb or finger support and actually caused more thumb pain due to the material digging into the skin and adding uncomfortable pressure. It woke me up several times throughout the night and I finally had to take it off. I know stabilizing the wrist is the most important thing and these may work for less severe attacks but if your fingers and thumb have a lot of pain, I would advise you to get a different brace.

I didn’t expect to actually use these wrist braces, but they’re amazing. I only wear one on the wrist that bothers me for tumbling and stunting in cheer, and it helps so much. They give support without being too tight or restricting, and I can still move and do everything I need to. It hurts so much less with them on.
