I ordered two of these whilst I was suffering from PMR, one for the house, the other for the car. Whilst I no longer need the one in the house, I have found the one for the car particularly useful in preventing discomfort when driving on long journeys. The cushion has raised sides which I find especially useful for maintaining the position of my legs when driving.

I'm honestly not sure why I didn't buy this earlier.I've been working from home for the last couple of years and while I have an awesome chair it's kind of lacking on the padding side of things.I did some digging around and this product kept coming up with decent reviews - so I thought I would take the plunge.It came in a surprisingly compact box, has a cool grippy texture on the underside and the memory foam cushion is so comfortable and cool - as in, it actually has a cooling effect.The strange cutout is a brilliant piece of design, offering comfort and support.Speaking of design, the shape of the cushion holds you in position.I spend at least eight hours a day at my desk and no longer feel any pain in my lower back at the end of a long day.

I have been struggling travelling for long periods sat down and bought this for a few long flights and car journeys during my pregnancy. It is a great quality product and does help relive the pressure off of the tail bone (which was giving me the most grief) whilst still giving you support. I definitely felt an ease of pain but not as much as I was hoping for.

This is really well made and a good design, very comfortable to use.Only use it if my back is playing up but it works as an extra support when needed...

Bought post major leg surgery when unable to weight bear. Being seated a lot began to get pain in my left hip/sitting bone so thought this may help relieve pain. Definitely comfortable and supportive but then I'd expect most dense foam cushions will essentially do this? It holds it's shape and is soft yet supportive, firm but not hard. I imagine cheaper cushions made of less structured quality foam will provide inadequate support. So on balance while I thought it was a bit dear, it's probably reasonably pitched in the market and certainly is of benefit..

I bought this pillow to help with a hip problem I have. I was looking for support, comfort and breathability. I would say that this cushion does all of these!I have a weak muscle near my appendix which is easily strained and causes me a lot of pain when sitting. (Due to adenomyosis for anyone else with the same problem out there) I have been working from a bed for the past few months to relax this muscle. Wanting to try to work from a chair again. I purchased this cushion and hoped that I could sit at a desk, and not immediately have my hip pain come back and have to go back to working from bed.This cushion has been a game changer for me! It's been a few weeks and I've been able to work from my desk every day!Going back to any other chair feels like sitting on concrete after this cushion! For anyone struggling with their abdominal or pelvic floor muscles, this is the cushion to go for!
