Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by these WRITECH gel pens since I usually reach for Zebra or Pilot G2 or Sarasa, the ones that feel like cult favorites at the office. What sold me here was finding a set that's colorful on the outside but still keeps that reliable black gel ink, since most pens make you choose between fun colors or practical black ink and never both. The pastel barrel colors are genuinely pretty and I had a hard time deciding which one to grab first. The ink itself lays down smooth and doesn't smudge at all, and the gel grip feels really comfortable against my fingers during longer writing sessions. Even my husband, who has zero interest in pens, picked one up out of the set and commented on how nice the cushioned grip felt. For a household like ours where we only ever keep a couple of pens in rotation at the desk, these earned their spot because the ink flows so easily and the writing experience feels elevated compared to what we're used to. Cons: My only real critique is that I wanted even more give in that silicone grip. It has a nice cushion, but I was hoping for something squishier and softer, almost like a subtle fidget element while writing, and this fell a little short of that. It is still comfortable, just not as plush as I was imagining based on how it looked. Anyone who loves a very soft, squishy grip might want to manage expectations there, but if you just want a smooth writing gel pen with a pop of color and a comfortable enough hold, these WRITECH pens deliver.

These pens are amazing! I've been using them for a few weeks now and they write very smooth. Glides effortlessly on paper and ink dries in a couple seconds. The pens are pretty colors and are a comfortable fit to my hand. Ink refills are a nice addition as well. I recommend!

Such smooth and comfortable writing. By far my favorite pen right now! I’m a teacher and a server and try out a lot of pens. I like these way more than sharpie s glide. They are better than pilot g2, paper mate original ink joy, and bic gelocity, (all former favorites) similar feeling writing and glide to ink joy gel - but the rubber grip is nice to write with! I’ll be buying more of these and saving ink joy gel just for when I need special colors.

Write so smooth and are never patchy. Ink dries quick ish but it definitely smears. Probably don’t get them if you’re left handed!

LOVE THESE. As soon as I tried them I knew I’d never use any other pen. They write so beautifully, perfect for note taking. They’re also light weight and very comfortable, which makes them ideal for long study sessions. The grip is very soft and didn’t cause any blisters even after studying for 6+ hours. Love this brand!

One of the best pens I have ever used in terms of ink flow and ink smoothness, BUT they do smudge and they highlight muddy. I personally do not highlight much but am left handed but the smudge isnt too bad if I angle my hand in such a way, still my favourite pens I have tried and will be purchasing the nebula ones as well
