Rollerhouses WiFi IR&RF Smart Remote Control Hub for Smart Home Automation, TV, Curtain, Shades Remote - Tuya/Smart Life App Control, Voice Control with Alexa&Google Assistant

I can not get the hub to recognize any of my 15 Rollerhouse shades. Videos say to enter 433 or 433.92 MHz for the freq but neither of these work - Can someone offer help? UPDATE: Company is sending me a new hub/gateway to try and fix the problem. I will update once I receive it. UPDATE 2: Still awaiting replacement hub - no response from seller 7/8/25

I have 12 roller shutters roller house blinds and this works for it was not connect to my phone instead using a remote controller. Customer service helped me with setup, thank you.

I set this up for RF control of roller shades and in the end it works as expected. Getting automations working delivers a great value. One star off for the overall user experience, in particular with Siri. The in-box instructions are not current nor well aligned with the current iOS Smart Life app which has changed since these were printed. The app is not real intuitive so this required a lot of trial and error. While quite a project in terms of syncing with your remote, setting up automations and creating shortcuts so that Siri will work, it's pretty amazing once you get it going. I would say this is a product for the technically savvy who consider home automation a hobby. It's going to be frustrating for others.

I have roller shaded which has too many remote controls. Now with this hub I am able to mange them with the app and not having remote . Good product to remove remotes

J’ai finalement réussi à faire fonctionner ce hub avec mon moteur Rollerhouse et je peux maintenant programmer l’ouverture et la fermeture automatiques de mon store avec l’application Tuya. Par contre, l’installation a été beaucoup plus difficile que ce que la description du produit laisse croire. La documentation est très limitée et plusieurs étapes essentielles ne sont pas expliquées clairement. L’association du hub avec l’application, l’apprentissage des commandes de la télécommande RF et la programmation demandent beaucoup de patience et de nombreux essais. Je suis à l’aise avec la technologie, mais malgré cela, il m’a fallu plusieurs heures réparties sur plusieurs jours avant d’obtenir un fonctionnement fiable. Une fois la configuration terminée, le hub fait bien son travail. C’est donc davantage la qualité de la documentation et du processus d’installation qui est à améliorer que le fonctionnement du produit lui-même. Je recommande au fabricant de fournir un guide détaillé en français et en anglais ainsi que des vidéos expliquant chaque étape de la configuration. Cela rendrait l’expérience beaucoup plus agréable pour les futurs utilisateurs. Si vous aimez résoudre des problèmes techniques, vous finirez probablement par le faire fonctionner. En revanche, si vous vous attendez à une installation rapide, simple et prête à l’emploi, vous risquez d’être déçu.

Connected all my blinds to the smart life app. Two different models. Rollerhouses and Luovolite.. once set up on the app, create a routine on Alexa. Working great.
