Virus detected on the USB
Hardware is fine, followed instructions carefully and working after a couple of hours. Disappointingly a virus was detected when copying files from the usb drive that was provided !! Update: 2024-06-04 helpful support from the vendor, they supplied a set of bits as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the virus. The hardware continues to work as expected using software downloaded from trusted sources.

国外企業の完成品でないユーザー組み立て商品ということで少し不安もありましたが、 機種ラインアップも豊富でホームページを見る限り会社もしっかりしてそうなので、 初めてのＣＮＣとして本機を選びました。 組み立て完了後テストコードも動作したのですが、 小休憩後再び動作させてみたら動かなくなってしまいました。 そこでカスタマーサポートにＥメールで問い合わせたところ、 すぐに代替部品（コントロールボード）を送ってもらえました。 交換後は無事、正常動作になりました。 サポートは丁寧で迅速に対応いただけましたので、 安心して購入出来ると思います。

Great little CNC to learn about gcode, wood carving, and even has the ability to add a laser for laser etching. Sainsmart has excellent customer service. Set up is easy it of the box, don't go with the cheaper brands this is worth the extra $50. It even comes with limit switches.
