Great product
I was very sceptical about this product. My yoga teacher recommended it to me and swears that it eliminates pain that she has from training. I thought I would give it a go. I tend to train quite frequently and have aches and pains that are associated with it. 3 days of applying this spray as per the instructions and it has helped enormously. I would recommend this for anyone that is a serious athlete and wants to help with their recovery process between training sessions. The oil is easy to apply and does not have any irritable side affects from my perspective. They do caution that you may have an itching sensation if you are depleted in magnesium. Will buy again in the future.

This product works.
Never used magnesium before. It was well packaged and delivered quickly. Good quality product and I am feeling a lot less pain. As I have several symptoms I was recommended to use it on the soles of my feet. I really do think it's helping.

Spray Mechanism Knackered after using 3x
I haven't had the positive benefits of others, maybe not magnesium deficient? But nothing negative. I find it hard to know whether it's working or not, going on what I've read about magnesium in general.A big negative for me was the spray mechanism packed up after 3 uses - so I'm applying by hand and it's a bit messy.

No lid ..
Ordered 2 and one came without a lid hence ended up with oil everywhere ! Only just stared it so will just give 2 3 stars for now.
