I was involved in a car accident and have several discs out of place in my back. It is difficult to walk or stand for long periods of time. I purchased this and it is lightweight and can be worn under my clothing without people knowing it’s there. It gives a lot of extra support And has helped my back feel better.

One customer review said it helped with hip pain. It certainly does!! This belt worked better than the doctors. In addition it does fit under clothes. I have a 57" hip size and ordered the xlarge but would have been better with the medium. The manufacturer gave additional tips in their phamplet which were appreciated. Only problem was it does smell.

I have degenerative disks and arthritis in my spine. My lower back hurts most of the time. I have a Mueller belt which is great for exersizing, but I got this one to wear when I go anywhere, and it works really well. It also fits under my T shirt and others cannot tell you are wearing it. Very comfortable. I have a difficult time giving 5 stars on most anything.

Great belt to give you relief from an aching back! I use it around the house when I vacuum and clean. It also provides relief when I’m making a big dinner and have to stand for a long time. It works! And it’s inexpensive! Win win!

Product are okay not great

I really liked this belt. I was skeptical but after wearing it to my PT classes and keeping my pain under control, I like it! I was able to adjust it during the workout very easily. Nice design. I may get another for another level of my back.

I don't like the way the wider braces are so obviously showing under clothing, so I tried this. While this brace is more streamlined, it is still a bit thick, especially the rubber foam band that is the main component. This brace is hardly an improvement in appearance.Other cons:Both problems are with the rubber foam band. There is a very strong odor, like a brand new tire. After a week it is still noticeable to myself and others.The rubber foam band does not breath well. Even under normal use, it becomes very hot and makes you sweat underneath the brace. Any increased activity and you really heat up and sweat.I really wanted this to work as the concept is what I was looking for but this brace just doesn't provide a comfortable and issue free experience in normal use.

Really lightweight, but supportive- perfect for my lower back pain! Easy to put on and take off!
