Everything fits in it my inhaler, spacer, mask, and there's even room in the netted pocket for my allergy pills and such. In terms of hardness, I'd say it's about a 3.5 on Moh's scale. :) Seriously, it's hard enough if you're putting it in your suitcase for travel or around the house, but I wouldn't be putting anything heavy on top of it. Then again, added hardness = added weight and we don't want that for traveling.

Not too big and not too small.Has two zipper pulls.Holds my 3 insulin pens, alcohol swabs, pen tips, glucometer, etc… with plenty of room left.

We bought this for our son's inhalers to go to and from daycare. When I opened the plastic it was wet and had a very strong smell. It was hard to get the case out of the plastic because it kept sticking. When I grabbed a washcloth with warm water to try and get the oil off, the red paint started coming off on my washcloth. We will definitely not be using this to store anything my son will be inhaling out of. We were very disappointed because it was a great size for what we needed.

Works great and holds all the accessories for my sons inhaler.
