Your unusual body type would best be fit with advice from a good surf shop. A long esrablished dealer will know which company would make a suit that would offer the best fit for you. This suit I bought was a great fit for me but I am 5’9” and 145 lbs Also it was best suited for warmer water, 60-65 degrees, not much colder

I don't know about cutting the legs. I am 5'10" and 210 lbs. I have the XLS (extra large short) and it fits nicely.
