Good quality support easy to fit and comfortable to wear. Gives me relief from arthritic thumb joint pain.

Excellent splint, minimal bulkiness, very comfy with max support, I've average to large sized hands and size 1 fits great, just make sur4 to measure your wrist as shown in the product photo's. Saw this recommended by a Physio youtuber so bought it to stabilise my thumb MCP joint which was giving me pain playing guitar. So pleased I bought it, it totally stabilises the MCP joint as well as those bones/muscles down to wrist, the only thumb area it doesn't prevent moving is the top joint at the nail.

Very pleased with this thumb splint. Fits well and doesn’t interfere with wearing a watch. Provides good support to my aching base of thumb and I’m still able to use my hand as normal. I washed it by hand using a mild soap as it gets a bit sweaty and it washed well. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

After a long time attempting to reduce the discomfort of arthritis in my thumb, this splint gave me immediate relief - isolating my thumb totally. Time will tell if regular use will reduce the symptoms, but I am optimistic.

Item fits well and nice materials, but the stitching on the hook and eye is atrocious as you can see from the photo, I’m going to keep it but would not recommend.

Splint certainly holds my thumb firmly but the metal rubs where it meets my palm. The strapping is brilliant. The design and make is far superior to other types. I think I am probably trying to move more than I ought to. I will certainly continue to use.

This fits very well and snug. It does not immobilise the thumb joint but it does restrict it allowing for some rest. I wear mine at night, during the day it is difficult to do many tasks with it on but possible if you need to protect the joint all the time.

Sprained my thumb so needed solid support but just neoprene. Thought this was the answer as it has a solid frame between thumb & hand, however this caused me more pain than healing so I returned it. Not good for a thumb sprain.

Actualizo después de mas de un año de uso el Velcro del pulgar pierde agarre a los pocos meses con el uso normal, y al final hay que sujetarla con esparadrapo. el resumen es que la talla es correcta para la muñeca y para el pulgar la superficie del velcro deberían revisarla mas grande o cambiar la superficie de agarre del mismo. y esto sucede despues de varios con detergente neutro, pues el sudor hace estragos en el tejido dejando un olor desagradable que obviamente invita a lavar la prenda. Resumiendo los dos primeros meses genial el resto con esparadrapo y sinceramente ha acabado metida en un cajon NO ME SIRVE por el defecto del Velcro del pulgar.

Parmi les seules si pas la seule attelle réellement adaptée à une instabilité de la base du pouce accompagnée de douleurs. Confortable, très bon maintien de l'articulation grâce à l'anneau situé entre le pouce et la base de l'index contrairement aux autres attelles avec des stabilisateurs à l'extérieur du pouce ce qui n'empêche pas réellement une articulation instable d'être maintenue correctement. Utilisée dans le cadre d'une maladie génétique (SED) en alternance avec un anneau de Murphy pour ceux qui connaissent.

Ich benutze die Daumenschiene nach einer Fraktur des Mittelhandknochens des Daumens (mit Platte versorgt), um einerseits das Gelenk vor Überlastung zu schützen, andererseits den Finger wieder an Bewegung zu gewöhnen. Das funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Die Schiene lässt sich sehr gut einstellen und ist sehr gut verarbeitet.
