4-1/4" x 10" outside dimensions.

Q: What is it made out of? for instance pvc or perhaps abs plastic?

From the POWERTEC website.... PREMIUM BUILD: This dust hood attachment is made out of high-quality ABS plastic, which is primarily known for it’s abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and long-term durability.

Q: Anyone confirm this hood will fit powertec 70136 4-inch to 2-1/2-inch cone reducer? If not, can you please provide the inside diameter of small end?

The wide end of the reducer and the hood I received are the same diameter. One does not fit in the other. I found this disappointing since they were offered as a package deal. I will need an adaptor for the adaptor.
