The sturdy plastic scrapers come in four colors - red, yellow, blue and green and each color has a different design on the bottom. I have even used this type of scraper for baked goods as well. They work well for making designs in icing and frosting, and can cut or slice cookie dough for interesting edges. At a price of under $10.00 for all 16, these are a great buy.
