Does it have a external antenna port same as 620L? I read someplace they aren't official supported on either though the 620L port works fine.

It has an external port. Not mentioned in user manual, though Googling indicates it works.

Will this work with t-mobile sim?

I cannot get to work with a Google data-only SIM
