This is definitely having an effect. My strength is increasing at a faster rate than I have achieved previously. Part of the effect is psychological - I have to exercise, not matter how lazy I feel, because otherwise I've wasted the pills (and my money!).

I use these for my running track sessions and boxing.i have to take 6 of them to feel the difference.gives you a good pump and lots of energy. After an hour I do get the need for a toilet stop then I'm good to carry on.lasts about 2 hours. Tub is full.

This is not the best creatine out by any means ' noticed a slight difference after one months training (4 to 5 times a week!!)used other brands of creatine and noticed a lot more gains after a month! ' delivery was good but not sure about the product I won't be buying again!

Doesnt have enough ethyl ester. Doesnt smell strongly of petrol. Infact i assumed it was just monohydrate until I was preparing to complain and took a really deep sniff of it.

Great product and seeing results after 12 weeks of training!
