Robust, well thought out unit.
Very well built unit. Bottom hinge tilt is by paddle on right hand, which disengages cast dog gears inside arm spring load mechanism. Very solid & positive lock in place. Lowers right down to nearly flat, through to highest position as shown in most photos. Very few if any photos of it in the half or down position. As usual, no sellers bother to take one out of the box and photograph it for real. Upper hinge for laptop angle tilt is secured with an adjustable threaded bolt and over-centre lever nut, similar to a bike front axle. Allows for variable tension of adjustment, and any angle. Underneath is two rubber pads at rear, and two micro wheels at front, set at tangent to rear, which allows it to easily rotate left or right, but not move forward or back, very clever, haven't seen that elsewhere. Silver clips on top engage with Lenovo docking bay, which fits perfectly on top. Overall a superior unit for Lenovo notebooks.
