Nutricost Astaxanthin (12mg) 120 Softgels (4 Month Supply)

I’ve been taking astaxanthin for a while now and really like it as part of my supplement routine. I usually take it every other month, and I’m very happy with it. I like that astaxanthin is a well-known antioxidant, and the capsules are easy to take. Overall, this has been a great addition to my daily supplements, and I plan to keep using it.

I started taking these for my skin and I have been told several times in the past couple months that I’m “glowing” (I’ve been taking for about 6 months). I really do think it is making a difference and even giving a little color. I’ll be able to tell better when winter comes along.

I ordered this particular product as it appeared to be the best value at only $23.95 at the time of order. It is now priced at $29.95 which is still good value. I also noted that only one softgel needs to be taken daily which suits me perfectly. This is the first time that I am trying Astaxanthin. The softgels are a dark color and easy to swallow. I have been taking this for around 10 days and I have had no problems or side effects. I will update this review once I have taken this supplement for 3 months which is a fair amount of time to expect results. UPDATE: I have now almost finished this bottle. I stopped taking a well known supplement for my knees, as I have gotten older my right knee is a little weak, that supplement worked great but I wanted to see if I could take astaxanthin instead. My knee has been fine, I have had the odd day where my knee was weak but generally I think this has worked. I also have a couple of floaters in my left eye. Over time while taking these softgels I have noticed that the floaters are less noticeable. I haven't seen any real improvement to my eye sight. With regards to brain health, cognitive function, skin etc. I haven't noticed any difference. Overall I do feel that this supplement is okay and it has kept my knee stable but I may look for another brand to see if I can find something that is little more effective.

Amazing product!! I’ve been on this for about three months and noticed definite energy increase , hair looks better skin looks better and I have recommended it to several friends and family . I took it to my Chiropractor for muscle testing and he said it is a very good product. I am so thrilled that I found it.

This was recommended by my pharmacist because I am on Mounjaro. It’s supposed to help with skin. Have not noticed a change as of yet. I don’t get any strange taste from it or burps. Easy to swallow as the pill is on the small size

Haber esto está interesante le pongo 5 estrellas porque se supone que es un súper producto y está a súper buen precio pero yo me siento igual que cuando no lo tomaba, es decir quizá si sirva quizá o quizá sea lo mismo que comprar unos buenos chicles, creo que se complica calificar este tipo de productos pero según eso muy bueno 🤷🏽‍♂️

Recently ordered a cheaper brand noticed no benefit . Cut both open and could see the extreme colour difference. This is the good one.

Been using it for over 2 months and have helped my stressed eyes due to long screen work hours and also for general wellbeing. "Do not expect results in a month!" . You need to use astaxanthin for atleast 2 months to see visible results. Patience is key when using any supplement!
