My hubby & I love our iced coffees and have been wanting to do our own cold brew coffee at home to help save some money and eliminate coffee shop trips. We decided on this product and couldn't be happier. The 2qt Ball jar fits in the fridge door easily to keep our brew nice & chilled, plus it's large enough for two people to share a few days of coffee. The mesh filter works perfectly with the jar and is easy to clean between brews. I'd have to say that the special pour spout lid was one major factor for us, too. It's nice to just flip the spout topper and pour your coffee without having to unscrew and rescrew a big lid every time! We are both very glad we decided on this item and look forward to many more great brews!

This cold brew coffee system is AMAZING! The top to the filter did come loose but the seller has impeccable customer service and sent us a replacement part quickly after my inquiry. The size of the jar is perfect for two people to have a few cups per batch, the lid is very sturdy and easy to pour from and now that the filter issue has been fixed it's the BEST cold brew coffee system I've experienced. Great purchase and great price. :)

I’ve never brewed cold coffee until I bought this and I love how very easy it is to use, and the coffee is smooth and delicious every time. The mason jar doesn’t take up much space in your fridge either and, well, who doesn’t like a glass of brewed anything from a mason?! The filter is easy to clean. I simply hold it upside down under the running faucet water. The coffee grounds that won’t come out easily the water forces out of it and it rinses clean quickly. You can find instructions and the suggested amount of coffee to use on the side of the box it comes in. I prefer to measure in tablespoons, and I found that for 32 ounces of coffee you’ll need about 10-12 tablespoons of coffee, and for the full 64 ounces it will take 20-22 tablespoons. Yep, you’ll need a lot of coffee. The box also has instructions on how to make fruit infused tea and provides tea/fruit pairing suggestions. I am very happy with this purchase with the exception of the lid. It doesn’t seal tightly enough to prevent it from leaking when I am pouring myself some coffee. At first I thought I wasn’t tightening it well enough but after several tries to get it to sit on the jar evenly and tight enough it still leaked. Needless to say I’ve ordered another and hopefully better quality lid.

Awesome price for a good product! My MIL has a upwards of $80 cold brew “system” that is messier and that takes up a ton of space. Love that this is one jar for brew, store and pour. No bitterness to the coffee when it’s brewed this way. Next up to try for me is tea. I anticipate no issues since coffee was a breeze with the precise instructions. I’m going to buy a few more for family and friends. Highly recommend.

I bought this mason jar infuser to make hibiscus tea, which I started drinking to try to lower my blood pressure in a natural way. I like how large it is—8 cups! This item is really great for making a larger amount of tea. I previously used a small 2 cup infuser teapot so I had to make tea more frequently. Im really happy with this purchase with the exception of the plastic lid. It leaks badly when the tea is warm. Oddly it does not leak after the tea has been refrigerated. Also the little cap keeps falling down when I try to pour the tea. So you have to hold the jar with one hand while holding the cap up with the other hand. It’s a little awkward, but it’s just a small annoyance. It’s also a little difficult to get all of the used tea leaves out from the bottom of the filter, but that’s to be expected when using loose tea. I’ve started rinsing it outside and letting the tea leaves fall into my flower beds. The infuser is made of a very fine mesh so it works really well at filtering the tea leaves. I’ve never gotten tea leaves in my iced tea. I would definitely recommend this mason jar infuser.

Easy to use and easy to clean up! Best cold brew coffee! We use a finer grind coffee and very little gets through the filter. The filter is super easy to clean up; most of the grinds come out tapping it on the trash can and then can rinse what's left in the sink. Like the mason jar being so sturdy and not easily broken. This kit makes it easy to have cold brew on hand for iced (or ice-blended) coffee!

This product is super easy to use, I appreciate the basic design and no-nonsense approach-- just soak your grounds in cold water and BAM! Great coffee. My one hang-up is the lid. I'm not sure if mine is defective, but I can't pour from the spout without coffee pouring out from where the lid screws on. I've tried unscrewing and re-screwing it multiple times, but it hasn't fixed the problem. It's not the end of the world, I can take the lid off to pour my coffee, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the nice spout. It also means I can't shake the jar to mix up the coffee that's concentrated more at the bottom.

I really like this infuser jar. I love the size especially. It is a big jar yet not too big to take up a lot of space in your fridge or on your desk. I take it with me to work filled with my favorite ice cold fruit infused water. This helps me to make sure I drink enough water during the day since I make it a goal to drink the whole jar by the end of the day. That is a lot for me.I believe it holds up to 4 pints. I can not wait to try loose leaf tea in it. The absolute only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lid is not up to par. It fits tightly on the jar and the flap part does snap into the spout well, but when you open it, the flap falls off easily and if it does stay on, it does not lock into place so it is constantly falling in your way when you pour through the spout. I understand, from the seller, that they are looking into another company to make the lids so that this does not happen. That is reassuring and a sign of a good seller. I look forward to buying these for my family.
