Excellent cookware - cooking with a work of pure and utter craftsmanship.

This pan is the ideal size for me. It works very well as a frying pan, saucepan or wok. It’s very easy to clean and incredibly responsive to my induction hob. I love this pan!

This was a gift so it sounded as though it was just what was wanted. It arrived in good time which i was pleased about!

Nice size and shape, with good heat distribution when cooking. The pan is quite light to handle, which can be a plus or a minus depending son what you're looking for. It will move around a bit when you're stirring food in it, unless you have a good hold of the handle.

Good pan, easily made non stick when used correctly, easy to clean and the lid is a big bonus.

It’s my first stainless steel saucepan, so I’m not sure yet how to feel about it. All of my other ones are cast iron. It doesn’t have the non stick coating, so I’m meanly using for soups and boiling veggies/eggs. Good for the price.

I bought this steamer with a Cuisinart 2qt saucepan but it doesn’t fit snugly

Love, love, love this pan! I use it at least 5 times a week. It cleans up quick and easy. Even heating. Very large, no spill overs!

The Chef's Pan is basically a conical bowled sauté pan. It's great for making sauces, especially when you need to reduce the liquid volume to intensify the flavour. I always found this hard to judge (how do you accurately estimate when you have reduced the liquid by 75% - without constantly pouring the contents into a measuring jug?). But this pan has measurement graduations etched into the inside of the bowl - so problem solved. The pan is also very well made. So overall, very good value for money.
