True Hydration Powder 15 x 6g | Electrolytes Powder

I’m a domestic cleaner and this unusually consistent hot weather in the UK has been so difficult to work in. After doing some research online, I read that it’s advised to take electrolytes. I wanted something as natural as possible and the reviews on these seemed pretty positive. I have to say that the improvement after taking these is definitely noticeable. I feel more alert, less lethargic and have more energy at work. I mix these into some iced water with a splash of cordial and they taste fine to me, really refreshing. I get the slightly salty taste but I don’t find them unpleasant, for me they are more a combination of sweet and salty. I agree with other reviews who comment on the price. These are very expensive, for 15 sachets they aren’t exactly value for money, however I feel they’re a good quality product by (as far as I’m aware) a reputable brand. I’ll definitely repurchase but only use on days where I feel I really might need them. I’d definitely purchase again.

I wouldn’t be without this product!! It’s excellent quality. It has a very pleasant slight coconut taste and really does what it claims which is to help hydrate you. I would certainly purchase again.

Loved the sachets so much I brought the jar as I thought it would work out to be more cost effective. However when the jar arrived I was disappointed to see it’s only half full. The adverts are misleading as they show a fuller jar…Come on Ancient and Brave you can do better than this.

Better ingredients than my usual brand. Mix well in my water bottle with no taste

during hot summer, i was feeling a little dizzy, after taking one sachet, my condition improved. Also have noticed when a i take this ratchet, my overall well being improves, as a result i going to stick with this as it works for me

Great product!

I really really wanted to like this brand but it’s just not good for you! I love the look and ethos of this brand but the quality of their products is substandard at best. This hydration product doesn’t dissolve well and it makes me even more thirsty after taking it than I was before! My lips get wrinkles and feel dry and I need more water and I drink ALLOT of water each day. It gave me stomach cramps so just doesn’t work. The creatine made me gain weight, this one caused dehydration and the ginger tonic has issues with the seal being broken on the inside of the lid so a shoddy manufacturing process. All in all I won’t be buying any more of there stuff as it’s over priced rubbish but like buying a Range Rover it’s a rubbish off road 4x4 you’re just paying for the name!

The product arrived completely hardened and unusable. It was no longer in powder form and could not be mixed properly.

Arrived as a large lump in the jar, I had to chip it with a spoon each morning. However it nice and effective.
