Classic Beige 50ft Hi-Flow Automatic Retractable Garden Hose Reel, 9/16”, 8-Pattern Spray Nozzle, UV-Stabilized Kink-Free Hose, Wall Mounted Watering Solution for Backyard, Garden & Outdoor

Will not find a better retractable hose reel!! Very happy with this purchase and have no issues with how it retracts or the sprayer. Easy to hang on a wall or post. Recommend!

my favoirte hose reel of them all- after several years! I have been using and recommending to friends and garden clients for years because of the consistent quality and ease of use. the recoil is solid and much gentler than other brands out there- and with kids and pets around ... that's an important feature, at least in my book. Easy to setup and install, we only needed to purchase a masonry bit to pre-drill into the foundation where we chose to anchor that one... all the plastic anchors and lag screws are included with a nice template. we mounted at waste height to avoid hitting lower plants and still access the easy swivel and ideal tension to pull the hose from the spigot wall. packaging is easy to open and the reel box couldn't be any easier/ comfortable to pickup with intuitive hand slots for mounting and dismounting. 10 mins MAX... time used to play with preferred height of mounting on wall once setup / installed their connectors are a great bonus because you can attach them independently to the leader hose and then to the hoselink hose, so not to wrestle twisted lines! click in and go! the water pressure is consistent in the 82' we use and the different / standard nozzle filters are ideal- the nozzle also has the easy disconnect feature. there are 2 different on off spots too, easy and comfortable designs there, too! we always store our unit in the basement on a chair to keep from freezing.

Best swivel hose reel I have owned. Easy installation. I bought it two years ago, and it performs like new. Very durable. I use it every day for my daily Bonsai care and other potted plants. It has a convenient sprayer with its own shut-off, and a hose shut-off in case you want to switch to another wand. Retraction is a breeze. Before I forget, it never leaked. I recommend this product.

Love my new automatic retractable hose. Easy to use, and saves me time. For a busy woman like me, a little bit of ease in a daily chore, makes a difference in managing my time. A little expensive compare to other products of the same description and use. My friends wanted to purchase the same item, but because of the price, had chosen to opt for cheaper brands with the same quality and use. How durable they are? I just got product 3 months ago. So will see.

I’ve had this product for over a year, and it still functions perfectly. I recently found a cheaper alternative that’s already having issues . Don’t hesitate to invest in this one!

I was hesitant to purchase given the high price but I decided to pull the trigger after reading all the positive reviews compared to their competitors. I just installed and began using it so I will update this review if I run into any issues. The install was as easy as can be. I love when mounted products come with the template! The retraction is very smooth and easy. I am really impressed by the swivel feature on the hose head because it allows you to move around with the hose easily compared to standard hoses that are stiff and can feel like you are fighting them at times. There are no leaks from what I can tell so far but will keep an eye on it. One area of concern is water pressure. It may just be the head and how it is designed but the spray options are definitely weaker than my other heads with the twist setting. The pressure difference is not drastic but it is noticeable. I may be able to get used to it given that it is offset by walking closer to the area given how easy it is to lengthen and retract the hose. I am very curious to see how it works with the pressure washer. According to reviews, there does not seem to be an issue.

Best appearance. Solid performance. Worth the additional cost over lightweight models.

I have two of these and so far they’ve performed well. The older one recoils a little slower now that it’s been used for 2 summers, but still has a some spring in it. I forgot to remove the nozzle this fall and the first hard freeze cracked the plastic. That’s on me but it doesn’t look like you can buy replacements so that’s frustrating. Overall a good build and a reliable product.
