Good product.
As described. Have used one of these before, perfect for my needs and requirements which aren't related to reptiles! My parcel was only slightly delayed due to Corona disruption. However seller communication was faultless when I contacted them. Would recommend.

UV curing
I did trials for UV curing and results are encouraging. However I only used it for a few samples and it is too early to comment on the life time.

I love these bulbs so much, they are totally fierce and a little dangerous but they do exactly what they are rated to do just beware and take care of your skin around them!

Good facial sunlamp, but be careful!
Good facial sunlamp. My face is about 18” away, for about 10 minutes to start… but be careful! I wear swim goggles and my ISO trademark eclipse sunglasses.

Osram-Qualität eben, toll ist; dass kein Vorschaltgerät nötig ist und die Lampe in ihrer UV-Intensität so stark ist, das ein ein- bis zwei-maliges Beleuchten die Woche (für 5-20min je nach Gewöhnungsgrad oder Bedarf-Mindestabstand 50cm) bei den meisten Reptilien völlig ausreichend ist um Rachitis effektiv vorzubeugen. Natürlich muss gleichzeitig eine gute Kalziumversorgung sicher gestellt sein. Durch die kurze nötige Beleuchtungsdauer lassen sich mit einer Lampe hintereinander mehrere Terrarien/Tiere bestrahlen. ACHTUNG: Man benötigt eine Keramikfassung und ein gutes Kabel mit Stecker und normalerweise auch irgendeine Art von Aufhängung oder Stativ. Die Fassung und die Lampe werden sehr heiß!! Für eine ganztägige Bestrahlung NICHT geeignet, kann aber bei sonnenhungrigen Tieren jeden Tag für kurze Zeit (s.o.) zugeschaltet werden. Diese Lampe hat (für den Einsatz bei Lebewesen) nur einen Zweck, die Vitamin D3 Versorgung über UVB-Strahlung sicher zu stellen, und das macht sie zuverlässig bei Mensch und Tier.
