Bad quality, not working now after the first use , cant charge it,, Waste of money

It came in well packed. Double boxes for protection. Works well just got it today. It was sweet of the seller to add in the sheet face masks for free with a thank you note for supporting his/her business, shows they are humble. Definitely recommend the items as it does not bring out burning smell neither gets hots when u touch it.

Absolute trash. Bought 3 all defective shut off after seconds. Have thrown boxes away as I foolishly assumed these would be reliable for this price.

Works well but there is a burn smell. Thankfully only the oud scent gets on clothes and not the burnt wood smell but I'm worried about future use
