Direct replacement for model 43870WHLED30
For anyone that followed my path, this is a perfect replacement for model number 43870WHLED30 that was previously installed in my home.Previous model has a plastic housing while this is metal but appearance is nearly identical.Don’t bother taking out the mounting bracket from the previous model out of the junction box, the spring clips on this model fit the old bracket perfectly.Brightness and color temperature match previous model well also.

Looks nice, but not a fan of the bracket
use a bracket you mount to the electrical box then snap the light into it. Great concept ex pet the snap in is way more rigid than a featherweight light like this needs.

Good fixture but a a couple of downsides
They look and work great. They look identical to the ones our builder had installed, but they do not fit the existing box. Also, they create a buzzing noise when used with a smart switch, but not with a regular switch.
