If you click on "12 oz (Pack of 6) " Then yes.

Q: I ordered 6 12oz. packages and there were only 5 in the box that said there should be 6. Please send me the 6th package of Morning Joe coffee......

Call Amazon and tell them what happened and most likely they will straighten things up.

Q: how can the new morning joe have the same taste as original stout & refine, it has baking chocolate & dried fruit. WTF

It does not have chocolate or fruit. Those are " tasting notes" sort of like when a wine has notes/hints of other flavors but those things arent actually added. We enjoyed this coffee , we prefer a med- dark roast so this fit the bill nicely, but we mostly stick to French Toast now.

Q: The bag does not say morning joe. the item has 3 bags as an order. the description differs.

We must be looking at different things because this says 6 bags in the heading and in the description. The last time I ordered this it did say Morning Joe on the bag so this is confusing to me as well.
