This is my second purchase. System is priced really well and I bought the first one two years ago and Ive had no issues with it. I prefer the rain heads so this is perfect.

First off, there is such a difference in price on Amazon versus buying one in Home Depot or Lowe’s. I saved $400. (Happy I took the chance) My plumber did not look at the set before doing the plumbing so he installed a male pipe where the water comes out for the wand but this set requires a female. (I called customer service and they do not have replacement parts to fit if you make this mistake). So, I was on the hunt for a female elbow. I found one on Amazon and while I paid an extra $40 (for 2) I actually like it better and think it fits the look better on this set. I was very worried about the pressure of the water coming out of the head so I went with an 8 inch. Our old one was only 3 inches. I read quite a few reviews saying a rain shower does not have good water pressure. I disagree. The pressure is just as good as my 3 inch. We have 2 shower head sets in the shower and even with both going at the same time, works perfect, no change in pressure on either one. We have been able to use our bathroom for about 3 weeks now so I do not know the longevity but seems perfect now. Looks expensive and feels expensive.

We purchased this shower head about 18 months ago, it worked well up until now when one of the shutoff screws on the valve broke and caused significant leakage. We contacted the seller and they supplied us with a replacement part that made it right with us, which was really appreciated. It feels like a fluke that the shutoff screw broke, outside of that the shower system has worked really well. The customer service is definitely five stars!

I had a problem with a small leak on the mixing valve. After calling for the warranty repair parts, Gina, was so helpful getting the item I needed and very quickly, Even followed up the next day to make sure I got all I needed. It was great to see this type of service.

This shower valve set has been a mess since it arrived. Nothing but issues to try to accommodate a poor design and even worse set of instructions. The steps that are clearly written are incorrect. 1st Issue: The instructions for plumbing the shower head and the shower handle are backwards. So plan for an extra half an hour of installation while performing the guess and check method. Make sure you have some extra plumbing parts around in case you have to redo it. Make sure you test it before sealing up the wall! I had issues sealing the threads. Had to use Teflon tape that was higher quality and thicker than what was provided with the unit. 2nd issue: No Flange is provided with the brass shower handle outlet There are 2 Major issues with this: 1) It is very unlikely you will be able to thread this in the perfect amount to seal the connection and make it flush with the tile. So you will have an ugly connection. I set my drop ears (threaded connections) as far forward as possible and there still is not enough thread on the outlet body to seal properly. Now i will have to try to find an adapter and a flange to cover the cut tile. 2) Without a seal you have to caulk around the outlet body otherwise you will certainly get water intrusion. Why provide a seal for the shower head pipe but not provide a seal for the pipe that is lower on the wall which will certainly be exposed to more water?? 3rd issue: The valve includes a removable face plate that says to make make it flush with finished wall... Make sure that you add an extra 1/4" past flush. Followed this instruction and did not have enough space to activate the handle properly. Luckily i have access to the wall behind the shower valve otherwise i would be ripping out all my tile just to move the valve forward 1/4". 4th Minor issue: Face plate for valve and handles is very difficult to install. Hole spacing is not correct which results in having to pry the seal back with a screwdriver to install. After dealing with all the design and instruction issues with this set i would absolutely return this if it did not require me to destroy my brand new shower to take it out....

Love the water pressure and the look of the system.

Ordered Gold Brushed Shower set and received only three items gold brushed, all the others are gold mirror shiny. Tried to get hem to replace them, good luck with that, ZERO after sale support customer, ZERO after sale support from Amazon! Think again ordering from this seller!
