in terms of looks, its nice. Im not sure on durability its to soon to tell. its not a brush gold tho it is a softer gold doesnt match Champagne bronze gold from delta or brush gold schulter drain at all!

First off, there is such a difference in price on Amazon versus buying one in Home Depot or Lowe’s. I saved $400. (Happy I took the chance) My plumber did not look at the set before doing the plumbing so he installed a male pipe where the water comes out for the wand but this set requires a female. (I called customer service and they do not have replacement parts to fit if you make this mistake). So, I was on the hunt for a female elbow. I found one on Amazon and while I paid an extra $40 (for 2) I actually like it better and think it fits the look better on this set. I was very worried about the pressure of the water coming out of the head so I went with an 8 inch. Our old one was only 3 inches. I read quite a few reviews saying a rain shower does not have good water pressure. I disagree. The pressure is just as good as my 3 inch. We have 2 shower head sets in the shower and even with both going at the same time, works perfect, no change in pressure on either one. We have been able to use our bathroom for about 3 weeks now so I do not know the longevity but seems perfect now. Looks expensive and feels expensive.

Very happy with my purchase especially at the price point compared to name brands. Arrived promptly and although a piece was not functioning properly the supplier promptly text my cell and shipped a new part with tracking free of charge. A little challenging getting the right contact but overall a good experience and I would recommend.

I had a problem with a small leak on the mixing valve. After calling for the warranty repair parts, Gina, was so helpful getting the item I needed and very quickly, Even followed up the next day to make sure I got all I needed. It was great to see this type of service.

This is my second purchase. System is priced really well and I bought the first one two years ago and Ive had no issues with it. I prefer the rain heads so this is perfect.

We have only been using this for a couple weeks and Love it. We actually bought two of these. One in the master bath and one for the guest bath. The rain head is the perfect size and the water volume on high is fantastic, We love it. The adjustable hight wand is great too. We had one control valve that leaked out of the box. We contacted the seller and they shipped one right out at no charge. The quality and finish seams the same like others 3 or 4 times the price. Definitely recommend this to anyone. If problems arise we will update. We have now installed the second one in the spare bath. It is also very nice, we love these and very easy to install. My wife and I did the install ourselves and just followed the instructions and used the included template. Both are a perfect fit, no leaks or gaps. Definitely would buy again. I love the looks of this! The Shower Head has a good waterfall, & my husband likes the handheld, with long hose. The overhead shower tilts a few degrees. I tip the bottom edge down after a shower, to drain the head fully. The plumber that installed this, said he liked the style of the valve, and that installation was easy. Over time, the switch to change from overhead to handheld came loose. I was having trouble getting it to stay back on, so I contacted customer service, (quick response) and they explained how to properly reconnect the screw to the knob. It was super easy for me to do! I love the shower I get from this & would recommend it to anyone!

Love the water pressure and the look of the system.

Ordered Gold Brushed Shower set and received only three items gold brushed, all the others are gold mirror shiny. Tried to get hem to replace them, good luck with that, ZERO after sale support customer, ZERO after sale support from Amazon! Think again ordering from this seller!
