Absolutely gorgeous fragrance, speedy delivery.

I've been a fan of the Murdock London Black Tea scent for a while, ever since I used their Black Tea Body Wash. That experience definitely sparked my interest in the cologne. And I'm glad it did, because it's quickly become a favorite. Right from the start, you get this really interesting black tea note. It's not sweet or sugary; it's more like a dry, slightly smoky tea, with a nice hint of bergamot. It feels very sophisticated, definitely not your average scent. As it settles, the cologne really comes into its own. You start to pick up these warm, spicy notes – clove and nutmeg, mainly – mixed with a subtle floral touch from the geranium. There's also this unique, slightly fruity-herbal aspect, which I think is the davana. It's a complex blend, and it evolves beautifully on the skin. The base notes provide a solid foundation. You get this warm, woody feel from the cedarwood and amber, and a subtle leather note that adds a touch of masculinity. It's not overpowering, but it gives the cologne a really nice depth. The longevity is good; it lasts a decent amount of time. It works perfectly for both daytime and evening wear. Be aware that the Amazon listing picture shows mentions it as a six pack. This is incorrect. You will receive a single 50ml bottle of the Murdock London Black Tea Cologne. The bottle itself is classic Murdock London: simple, dark glass, minimalist label. It looks classy on my shelf. It's a no-nonsense design that reflects the quality of the cologne inside. Overall, I think it's a great buy. It's a unique, refined scent that stands out from the usual crowd. If you're looking for something a bit different and has a mature, elegant vibe, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

This is a really distinctive masculine fragrance. It has a little something extra to it that you dont find with just store bought fragrances. It smelt a little sharp at first and i wasnt 100% if it was for me but once it had settled down it was perfect. Not one i would reach for daily but definitely one when i need to make a statement.

This black tea cologne is absolutely great. I initially chose this expecting it to smell like black tea, but I was pleasantly surprised. It smells like a very expensive perfume and reminds me of a similar perfume I owned (for females) in the past. The fragrance is very daring - somewhat spicy, with amber. I sprayed it on a piece of tissue and left it on the other side of my room until my brother came back home (because I chose it for him) but I could literally smell it all the way on the other side of the room which shows how strong the perfume is, how long it lasts and how far its smell goes. A little bit of this goes a long way as I could still smell the perfume on the tissue the next day. This is a really well made perfume and it is lovely. It will also serve as a great gift for any occasion as the box it came in was very professional and premium - something I was expecting due to it being from the "Murdock London" store. Their website also looks very welcoming, high end and professional so it all lived up to my standard. My brother was also very impressed when I gave him the cologne! I would just like to point out that the listing photo has a little oval tab saying "6 pack" when you actually only receive one 50ml bottle of this cologne so it would be nice if it could be corrected as it is misinformation and customers could misunderstand. In terms of pricing, £51.00 is quite expensive for such a perfume, but high end perfumes are usually priced along this line. I am an avid perfume collector so personally, the scent of this cologne, the packaging, labelling and how long it lasts does scream very premium and high end to me so I see this perfume very well priced for what it is. As a result, I do recommend it and do not feel like it will disappoint!

The Murdock black tea cologne is a sophisticated and long lasting scent. The bottle comes well packaged and would make an ideal gift for your loved ones. Once opened the bottle is 50ml in size and feels well made and designed. Immediately on opening i can smell the aftershave and was excited to try it. Initially when sprayed i wasn't to keen but as the spray settled it really started to grow on me. It's advertised as a black tea scent and i feel its a spicy but refreshing scent. Its long lasting and i find myself keep going back to smell it when sprayed on my clothing. I like that this scent has been designed by barbers, it would make a real classic barbershop spray and the fact that it's ethically made makes it more appealing. Overall i'm very pleased with the spray and glad i gave this brand a try, it makes a change from the usual brands and offers a unique and exciting scent.

Got this for my husband and it was really well presented. He liked the fragrance and has been using it regularly. Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of the scent myself, but I think that just comes down to individual taste. It does have a very masculine vibe to it, quite bold and distinctive, though I find it hard to describe exactly.

The cologne comes in a nicely presented, simple and classic, box so would make a nice gift. My girlfriend and I tried to guess the individual notes, and even after reading the product description, we were struggling to discern them. Apparently it has cloves, nutmeg, basil and pepper with hints of musk, birch tar and wood. My partner thought it had a woody smell, maybe best worn in Autumn/Winter, and I picked up on the musk but that was it. However it's a very nice fragrance. A little goes a long way too. Overall I'm very happy with this cologne.

This is a beautiful fragrance. It opens fresh and spicy. The spice here is soft and not pungent so it is quite pleasant. The black tea in this fragrance is not as pronounced as i thought it would be because there is a good amount of spice going on in the background. This fragrance has a smokey accord that makes this fragrance feel quite masculine. This is a fresh, spicy fragrance with a powdery and ambery base. It has just a touch of sweetness and does not have a whole lot of spice. This fragrance lasts at least 4 hours on my husband and that is very good considering this is just a cologne. If you like fresh spicy masculine fragrances this is a good one.

This is strong for an Eau de Cologne concentration. Youre going to want to enjoy oriental fragrances. Very masculine and unique. Might be able to pull this off in slightly warm weather. Smells like lightly spiced black tea without the milk.
