Saved my NUC!!
The fan in my nearly 5 yr old NUC was making an awful racket. I can't believe such a small fan could even make that much noise. Reconnecting the wires in that little box really sucks. My SATA cable is so thin I could barely hold it to reinsert it. The case is so tight you can barely get the motherboard out or back in. But the fan install part was a breeze. Best of all, this Landalanya fan is nearly silent. In fact, I had to check it before I'd believe it was blowing. If this lasts as long as the original, that'd be awesome because the i7 NUC is a beast.

Saved my main home computer for ten bucks
My 4 year old Intel NUC compact computer, which is my only home computer, suddenly started making loud, ominous clacking noise. I had never opened it up before. I got the model number off the bottom, I found this replacement fan on Amazon based on the NUC model number, and it was delivered 30 hours after the first sign of trouble. Found an approx 5 minute instructional video on line. With nothing but a small-ish phillips head screwdriver I replaced the fan in 15 minutes. 10 minutes of that was getting the tiny plugs on the 2 wifi wires to snap back in. Another possible snag is to put the two screws that secure the motherboard into the holes where two of the screws that hold the case together are supposed to go. I made that blunder and figured it out when I couldn't screw the case together and had to backtrack a couple of steps. I am writing this review from the NUC. It is quiet and good as new. The instructional video had steps to remove and later replace "foam tape" on the jacks. I didn't find any of tape that prevented me from pulling out the motherboard so I didn't mess with that.

Works like a charm
My 4-year-old NUC10i7FNH was making the most horrible sounds, so we used this to replace the fan. The computer seems to work great, and is now quiet again. The hardest part was getting the motherboard out to expose the fan—but once we figured it out (you have to use brute strength and bend the metal cage a bit to allow the various ports and connections to separate), it was technically quite easy. The fan came with a couple of little tools, but no screws, so don’t lose those screws when you take the original fan out.

Worked perfectly when Intel NUC fan went out
I used this as a replacement fan for an Intel NUC when the original fan started making way too much noise (it was failing). This fan shipped quick, was packaged nicely and very easy to install. Would easily recommend it.
