Fan works but no heat ? Requesting a refund

Yes and no
If you want this for a very small room it’ll do the job just about, as someone already mentioned they are about as powerful as a hairdryer. My living room is 12’x13’ and it just about takes away the chill in the room but it will never heat/warm it up due to the fan speeds are not great.
