I feel better by taking this. The Spice Powder Drink mix does better than other over the counter drinkable products I have burned through over the years. For the first time in years I actually have normal looking bowel movements and go less. VERY happy with this product.

Fiber & Spice tastes awfull.
The Balance of Nature Fruits and Veggies goes down smooth and provides nutrition. Fiber and Spice is terrible. It is mixed with water to be a liquid beverage. It has the consistancy of meta-mucil and the taste of a parsian sewer. One glass and it lays in your stomach li a ball of lead.John Southard

I am upset. This is far too expensive to come opened like this. I love balance of nature and decided to try the fiber spice drink but it came opened w the seal missing!
