Most comfortable, supportive, and highly adjustable brace for all knee injuries
I recently fractured my lower leg and tore my ACL. I ordered 10 braces ranging from $50-$540. The Kefit is absolutely the winner. It works on either leg. It is so easily adjustable that as swelling increases during the day, you can loosen just the front straps without redoing the entire settings. At the end of the day, you can release the clips rather than pull the velco straps off. The padding is supportive enough to make it feel like your leg is getting a hug rather than being locked in place. The length adjustment frame in 4 spits means it can fit any person from 5 foot to 7 foot height. When you need to slightly bend yojr leg, you just flip the red locking clips and you can set the maximum angle you want your knee to flex and extend. If you have bigger thighs, I recommend using a calf velco compression sleeve as it adds support and prevents the brace from sliding down. High quality, extremely well designed, amazing value for the money.

Durable & effective for pain!
This thing is STURDY. It fits great, easily adjustable and it’s something I’ll have to use through time so I appreciate all the usage I’m going to get for the money. Compared to getting a brace like this anywhere else? You’re definitely getting value! It certainly helps relieve a ton of pressure if you’ve got any sort of tear, sprain, or other problem.

Didn’t work for me
It didn’t really fit me so great. The strap doesn’t stay on on top and it’s difficult to put on by yourself. Also, it doesn’t help my hyperextended knees at all and that was the main reason I bought this for.

This does the job but for me, required mcgiver skills to make it work.
To stop it from letting the knee bend, I used a zip tie and duct tape to hold the locking mechanism in place, or it popped out continually. This maybe because I'm active with the brace, but it's a weak point. The lever that holds the side in place, so it doesn't rotate around to the front when tightening straps, doesn't work well. it should be held in place by the straps but wasn't. My solution was to stable the pad in place to the strap - on each pad and strap on the non-hooking side. I'm sure other solutions could work. The lowest pads don't lock in place for length either. if it's tight enough it mostly stays where I want it, but even lower it's not an issue so I don't care. Bottom line: It does it's job for me and I'm hard on it. For the money it was worth it. Other's might not want the hassle. Up to you and how you use it I think.
